Grocery Shopping is a GO!
Thank you so much to those parents who were able to rearrange things at the last minute and volunteer for our shopping trip! We have enough parent volunteers that we will be able to go ahead with the community walk to Sobey's!!!
Wednesday's forecast is for temperatures right around -2 so please make sure that your child has snow pants, hat, mitts, boots, and a warm jacket. We will be WALKING to Sobey's!
All of the groceries will be paid for so your child should NOT bring any money. No-one will be allowed to purchase any additional items (and we will not be partaking of the free cookies or bananas!).
We spent time this afternoon calculating how many pies we would need to make and scaling the ingredients - this even involved dealing with fractions!
