Being seen.

This week we read "The Invisible Boy", by Trudy Ludwig, and we discussed what feeling invisible means.  The students have been reflecting both on their own experiences feeling "invisible" and on how they can be encouraged to be "seen".  This has led us into our Super Secret Special Project!  Without giving away the details, our class has planned to spread kindness and encouragement through out the school in the coming weeks leading up to Valentine's Day.  We will keep you posted!

A special thank you to our parent volunteer for the extra help painting our topographical maps.  The students are understandably very proud of their work!
